Two people have been arrested after following a spree of bronze veteran marker thefts from headstones being stolen from cemeteries across Indiana, police said.

Whitley County, Kentucky’s Hamblin Cemetery was vandalized, with headstones defaced and destroyed. Authorities later arrested a man from Williamsburg.

Family members with loved ones buried at a historic Palatka cemetery became concerned when mementos they placed on graves started disappearing. So they installed cameras and this is what they saw.
