NEW YORK - Hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators swarmed the Brooklyn Museum and dozens were arrested Friday. The New York City Police Department said 34 people were taken into custody.

Organizers from 'Within Our Lifetime" called it the "Flood Brooklyn for Gaza Rally." Last week, police arrested 150 pro-Palestinian demonstrators on the Manhattan Bridge and in Brooklyn.

The pro-Palestinian rally was initially supposed to be held on campus but was moved to a public space on Bedford Avenue near Campus Road, which Brooklyn College does not control.
