(Reuters) -Johnson & Johnson said on Friday it plans to invest more than $55 billion over the next four years to build manufacturing facilities and research infrastructure in the United States.

Investment is expected to bring approximately 1,000 new jobs at Novartis and 4,000 additional roles across the United States.
