A 20-year-old Georgia man, Cameron Ja’Michael Hopkins of Albany, has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend.

Michael Hopkins, 38, was arrested by Capitol law enforcement after officers discovered four ammunition magazines and eleven rounds of ammunition in his bag, according to Capitol Police.
