At approximately 2 p.m. Monday, the Triple Peak chairlift at Pats Peak, New Hampshire, malfunctioned, leading to the evacuation of about 120 skiers, according to a statement shared by the ski area.
This is the third time this month emergency crews have been called to help with a major chair lift issue at a New Hampshire ski resort. The New Hampshire State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.
