Trump’s Health secretary admits he used to snort cocaine off toilet seats

Kennedy has previously acknowledged his cocaine use as he’s been public about his struggles with drug use in the past. When he was 16, he was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was arrested in South Dakota in 1983 for possession of heroin. Kennedy has said that second arrest led him to sobriety.
