While the latest dynamic storm system brought times of showers & a few storms, the severe weather stayed to the south of the region. Low pressure shifts to the northeast into Sunday morning and could produce snow showers in the southeast parts of the area.

We might get a wintry mix by Saturday evening, but it won't measure up to much during this mostly snowless season.

It's back to more typical weather for the Phoenix area this weekend as sunshine and warmer temperatures make a brief comeback.
