FDA says it will phase out food dyes
The change follows a new law passed in West Virginia that bans artificial food dyes in school meals by August 1st of this year and bans those dyes in all foods by 2028. Secretary Kennedy celebrated the law’s passage with West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey.
