Each cabinet is fitted with interior lighting to improve visibility and includes five racks that can be adjusted to 12 different positions. This unit features a two-speed fan and has a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.The interior of the American Range MSDE-2 electric convection oven can be access through its solid, dependent doors that open simultaneously with one hand. The temperature can be adjusted with reliable manual controls, and its timer can be set for as long as 1 hour, enabling operators to walk away and attend to other tasks.
