The 20x20 boxed eave style metal garage comes standard with 9' legs fully enclosed. The cost of the garage door, walk in door or window is not included in the price.Select the garage door size that works best for you and the price with the garage door will automatically be updated in the price with options. Other options such as walk in door, window and taller side height can be added for an additional cost.The steel garage shown here include free delivery and installation in Maryland (MD), Ohio (OH) and Pennsylvania (PA). Delivery area may not be available in all locations. *The metal garages are subject to change without notice Upon ordering the metal building at Alan's Factory Outlet a 10% to 17% deposit is due with either credit card or you can mail a check for the deposit with balance due once the steel garage is delivered and installed and final payment can be given via credit card or check for the remaining balance. Once you order you will be contacted and copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.We anchor the metal buildings to the ground with mobile home anchors and to the cement for free with concrete anchor or if the steel garage is going on asphalt we anchor it with rebar anchors . The location for the steel building must be level or within at least 3" level or less or we will be unable to install it.This metal buildings in these northern states are certified for 105 mph and 35 pounds square foot roof load and come standard fully braced. If you need blue print drawings they will be emailed to you upon request within approximately 1 to 2 business days.The metal tubing on the metal garage for sale come with 14 ga tubing which is 2 1/2" by 2 1/2" square tubing or you can upgrade to the 105 mph and 65 psf with 12 ga tubing which comes 2 1/4" by 2 1/4" tubing. The framing on the optional thicker 12 gauge tubing comes with a 20 year rust through warranty.The steel buildings are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.Colors are approximate and may vary.
