While its steel exterior provides lasting rust and corrosion resistance to preserve its original appearance, its aluminum interior simplifies cleaning during inventory changes. So staff or customers can access a specific section, it features two solid, flat lids that stay in place when opened, easing product insertion and removal. To deter theft or tampering when it's placed in the back of house, these lids can be locked.
