It is controlled via a dial thermostat that is adjustable from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. With its one-hour timer, this unit has an alarm that alerts users when food is ready, so it won't burn or overcook. The two-speed fan provides uniform heating throughout the cabinet and has a forced cool-down mode to prevent overheating.The independent doors on the Sierra Range SRCO-2E full-size convection oven have viewing windows, so operators can monitor food as it's cooked. These save time and energy costs because the doors are opened infrequently. Two halogen lights illuminate the cabinet, providing a view of the food status.
