This door self-closes to retain cold air inside the cabinet, while a keyed lock on the bottom secures contents. Interior LED lights further improve product visibility.This merchandiser has a temperature range of 36 to 43 degrees Fahrenheit and its two internal fans restore the set temperature quickly after the door is closed. The defrost system melts built-up ice, so users do not have to remove it manually. Six wire shelves are adjustable to accommodate differently sized products in the Summit SCR1400W commercial merchandiser, which has a white exterior. Product Details.
