For superior heat retention, each countertop oven is fully insulated with an easy-to-clean, heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel exterior and a heat tolerant, aluminized steel interior. Top and bottom heat is provided by Incoloy steel tubular elements for perfectly balanced baking results between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The Bakers Pride P-48S electric countertop bake and roast oven comes complete with a continuous ring timer with manual shut-off. Includes 4" adjustable legs.
