The Czech Republic’s central bank has cut its key interest rate for the fourth straight time as inflation dropped and the economy has shown signs of recovery.

The Czech Republic cut borrowing costs by half a percentage point for a third consecutive meeting, though a nascent economic recovery and sticky inflation may mean it’s the last such move this year.

Swiss annual inflation in April accelerated faster than expected, data from the Federal Statistics Office showed on Thursday, although economists said they still expected the Swiss National Bank to make further interest rate cuts.
