Another two members of the far-right Oath Keepers militant group are set to be sentenced on Friday for seditious conspiracy and other crimes arising from the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by then-President Donald Trump's supporters.

An Oath Keeper who acted as part of a security detail on January 6 for Roger Stone before rushing to join the riot at the Capitol was sentenced to more than four years in prison Thursday for seditious conspiracy.

Roberto Minuta and Edward Vallejo each received sentences of less than five years after excoriating the group’s leader, Stewart Rhodes.

James Breheny, 63, will admit to impeding an official proceeding before Congress on Tuesday, June 6 in federal court in Washington, D.C., his attorney, Harley Breite said Wednesday. The Little Ferry resident had been charged with three crimes related to the Jan. 6 riot.
