Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs has again vetoed a Republican-backed bill to align state tax policy with federal cuts, leaving taxpayers uncertain.

The bill that aimed to speed up election results was the first passed by the Legislature this year — and the first to meet Hobbs' veto pen.
