President Donald Trump will decide whether to strike or negotiate with Iran within the next two weeks, according to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, who said there is a “substantial chance” of negotiations with Iran as the conflict between the country and Israel continues to intensify.

An Iranian missile hit the main hospital in southern Israel early Thursday, wounding people and causing extensive damage but no serious injuries, the medical facility said. Israeli media aired footage of blown-out windows and heavy black smoke.

Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said his country does not fear President Donald Trump’s threats and “absurd rhetoric.”
