Israel's military says troops in central Gaza fired warning shots at a group posing a potential threat, but that it was unaware of injuries.

Some Palestinians in Gaza said their plight was being forgotten as attention shifted to the air war between Israel and Iran.

At least 51 people were killed and more than 200 others injured by Israeli fire as they waited for aid trucks to arrive in Khan Younis in southern Gaza early Tuesday morning, the Palestinian Ministry of Health said.
