A small plane carrying six people crashed into a San Diego military housing neighborhood on Thursday morning, killing at least three employees from a music talent agency, the company said. Sound Talent Group co-founder Dave Shapiro was among the victims, a company spokesperson said. It was not immediately clear who else was on the plane.

Six people were aboard the small twin-engine Cessna 414 when it crashed Sunday afternoon off the coast of San Diego.

An Arizona company, Optimal Health Systems, said it sold the plane to individuals in 2023. The company's founder, though, said Optimal knows several people who were on Sunday's flight.

The private jet that crashed into a San Diego neighborhood last month was too low on its descent path for more than a mile before clipping power lines less than 100 feet above the ground, National Transportation Safety Board investigators said Tuesday.

The NTSB's preliminary report confirmed that the Cessna came in too low as it approached the airport and struck power lines before the plane broke apart.
