A Pennsylvania teenage girl missing for nearly a year has been found alive in North Carolina. A 32-year-old man, Joseph A. Rossomando, was arrested on multiple charges, including statutory rape and kidnapping.

A 15-year-old Pennsylvania girl who had been missing for a year has been found alive, and now a 32-year-old man has been arrested as a result.

"It makes you want to get to know your neighbors a little better," one neighbor told NBC affiliate WXII-TV of Winston-Salem after a 15-year-old girl was rescued from inside a nearby home.
