Northern Lights Forecast: 10 States May See Aurora Tuesday Night
The northern lights may be seen in U.S. states after dark on Tuesday, Feb. 17, through Wednesday, Feb. 18, after the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) warned that a minor G1-class geomagnetic storm is likely. Geomagnetic effects may include the possibility of auroras seen in the night sky farther south than is typical.
