Sean “Diddy” Combs will remain behind bars after a federal judge ordered the music mogul to remain in federal custody as he awaits trial after his arrest this week. Combs was arrested Monday by federal agents on multiple charges,

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing three charges, including sex trafficking, stemming from an investigation by federal authorities.

The indictment accuses Combs of presiding over a sordid empire of sexual crimes that used his “power and prestige” for “sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, drug offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”

Combs' legal team recommended to the court that he post a $50 million bond and endure in-home detention until his trial date. Combs was denied parole on two separate occasions, despite their assertions that he was in therapy and would not be evading the country.

Sean "Diddy" Combs has put together a third legal team in an attempt to get a bail motion passed ahead of his trial.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs remains in a New York City jail after another unsuccessful bid for bail today. Combs was arrested Monday charged with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking and accused of using his power to abuse women.

Combs, who's currently in jail awaiting trial on criminal charges, is the target of many civil lawsuits. That number is going to explode with the announcement that 120 new accusers plan to sue him for sexual assault.
