A Tulsa man pleaded guilty to killing two people in a crash in downtown Tulsa back in 2023. Prosecutors say Sean Williams was intoxicated and driving without a license when he crashed into Elizabeth Brown on I-244. Brown and a passenger, Rhonda Mammedaty, died.
Horry County woman pleads guilty to felony DUI in deadly 2023 crash
HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) - A woman in Horry County will spend the next two decades in prison. The Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office said that on Wednesday, 45-year-old Vianey Martinez of Galivants Ferry pled Guilty to felony driving under the influence with death in a May 2023 crash. A judge sentenced Martinez to serve 20 years in prison.
