Six powerful 26,000 BTU open burners are set in split cast iron ergonomic grates, and easy-to-read control knobs ensure intuitive operation. With a large, 27" deep work top surface and a 4" stainless steel plate rail, this range offers plenty of room to work. A spacious storage base below the range provides a place for storing stock pots and other supplies. Because it's open, the base is easy to access at all times, eliminating the hassle of opening a door to retrieve cookware. Above the range is a stainless steel back guard with a removable shelf, offering protection behind the range and adding extra storage space for small items, like pot holders and thermometers. This range is easy to clean thanks to its stainless steel front and sides.
