Kubb is a classic game that combines elements of horseshoes, bowling, and billiards to make for a fun, strategic game to play with friends. DURABILITY: All pieces are made from New Zealand Pine, a mostly knot-free wood that is much harder than other pines. Its extremely durable, making the Kubb and King pieces perfect for repeated strikes from the 1.2" wooden throwing batons. The game pieces will show some dents after time, but what is a Viking without a few battle scars? EASY TO LEARN: We include more detailed instructions in the bag, but the basic rules go like this: On a 20x10 foot playing field, teams take turns trying to knock over their opponent's 5 Kubbs by underhand tossing 6 wooden batons, then try to knock over the King piece in the center of the field. PORTABLE GAMING: Our Kubb set comes with a sturdy tote bag to take your gaming on the go.
