COLD WEATHER WARNING: Do not apply if surface temperature is expected to be below 50° for 48 hours before & after application. ENHANCE the life and beauty of your surface (wet look) and a high gloss finish for 2-4 years before the need to reseal (depending on your environment). PROTECTS against oil stains and other spills while providing the ultimate weather resistance on surfaces including concrete pavers and decorative concrete. NOT intended for stone or clay. GREAT COVERAGE RATE: 250-400 square feet per gallon, per coat. You will save money and time by reducing maintenance when you seal with DOMINATOR SG+. DOMINATOR SG+ has an incredibly fast dry time between coats (45 min.) making it an easy one-day project, unlike some competitors. Uses SG+ is a sealing and joint stabilizing product with a High Gloss finish which enhances the natural color of surfaces. This product can be applied to concrete pavers as well as vertical surfaces, forming a durable barrier that defends against oil, food, and other stains. This water-based formula provides a high quality alternative to traditional solvent-based sealers. Features One-part formula allows for ease of use and minimal cleanup. SG+ is breathable allowing it to be applied to damp surfaces (without standing water). An industrial grade weather resistance additive defends surfaces from the damaging effects of the sun, while the Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) content exceeds all federal, state, and local regulations. Application Generally, apply two coats of sealer to concrete paver and decorative surfaces. Be sure to perform a porosity test to be sure about coverage and coats needed. It is recommended to use a high pressure sprayer with a fan tip. Ensure smooth application of sealer. If product puddles or drips on the surface, back-roll to smooth out excess product for even coverage. DO NOT FLOODCOAT. Coverage is up to 400 sq. ft. per gallon per coat.
