Simply apply with a low-pressure sprayer, short nap roller, or lamb's wool applicator. Quick Drying: You will not have to wait long to start enjoying your newly sealed concrete surfaces. Concrete Coatings SuperSeal 20WB is a water-based, low-VOC, non-flammable, and non-hazardous acrylic sealer designed for interior and exterior applications. You may use it on bare concrete as a sealing and dust-proofing compound. You can also apply it by rolling or spraying without the use of a primer.
