All containers are built-to-order (stitch welded), stack-able steel corrugated storage containers that ship as is ready to use, there are no pallets or packaging involved. Topper containers are ideal when floor space is at a minimum and pallet racking is not available. Fork trucks are the most common equipment used to handle the containers as well as pallet trucks (27" wide), except on containers with a length or width smaller than 44.5" O.D. The containers are rated at a 4, 000 lb. weight capacity and can be stacked up to 5 high even while holding 4, 000 lbs. of bulk material in each container. These containers will hold most materials but will NOT hold liquids OR material smaller than a 5/8" ball bearing. They will also hold up in most industries and environments but do have limits when it comes to holding heated materials or dropping heavy materials into them. Material make-up for the containers are as follows; 13ga. corrugated plan carbon steel sides, 13ga. corrugated plan carbon steel bottom, corner assemblies which hold the sides and bottom together consist of 2"x2"x3/16" Angle Iron, 7ga plain carbon steel formed top stacking targets and 7ga plain carbon steel formed 4" High Legs. All Topper containers are designed, fabricated and welded in the U.S.A.
