The LEM Jerky Cannon offers a generous 1.5-pound capacity and makes jerky making as simple as squeezing the trigger. The Original Jerky Cannon is made with an anodized aluminum barrel and heavy-duty plastic piston and comes with a jerky nozzle and a snack stick nozzle. To use the Jerky Cannon, just load the barrel with ground meat, insert the piston, and squeeze the trigger.
