The white extender has Ethernet (RJ-45) ports and is compatible with DOCSIS 3.0.This extender is a type of unit that serves as both a modem and a router, and it can be used with Comcast as a carrier. Its connectivity features include wireless Wi-Fi 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11n, 802.11ac, and 802.11g. Additionally, it is a dual-band extender with one LAN port. The model number is XE1-S, and it is perfect for home networking and connectivity needs. These six units have been used successfully for a year. However, with an upgrade to the newest high speed modem from Xfinity, these units had to be replaced to the new pods that match the high speed modem. These are very easy to set up through the Xfinity app...takes only 10 minutes.
