The 800 also comes with a flat-top griddle insert, giving you the ability to sear and saut breakfast, burgers, fajitas and more. The GravityFed charcoal hopper holds up to 10 lbs. of lump charcoal or 16 lbs. of briquettes, holding enough fuel for up to 10 hours of cooking.
