Description
Bacopa Blutopia grows as a perennial groundcover in USDA Zones: 9 - 10 and thrives in full sun to partial shade areas. Bacopa, or Sutera cordata is a low-growing flower only reaching 4 - 6 inches in height with blue to lavender blooms from late spring through fall. This ground cover is perfect for gardens, hanging baskets, or as a container plant with its spiller-type foliage. Sow these heirloom seeds at 2 - 3 seeds per plant in well drained-soil and keep moist until germination occurs in 7 - 10 days. Our seeds are always Non-GMO and packaged for the current year. Bacopa (Bacopa Blutopia Blue) - Never before have you been able to grow bacopa from flower seeds. Before, bacopa could only be propagated by cuttings from the bacopa plant. Now bacopa seed pellets have a high germination rate and will provide a multitude of plants for baskets, containers, or even to use as a ground cover. With a slightly mounded growth habit bacopa trails gently over containers softening sides with small lavender-blue blooms on emerald green foliage. Bacopa plants grow best in full sun or light shade and well-drained soil.
