A perennial which if planted USDA zone (4-8) appropriate will return for years to come, reaching maturity in year 3. Phlox Paniculata Cleopatra is probably our most spectacular, extravagant, irresistible phlox. Cherry red pinkish semi-double flower clusters atop dark lush green foliage.
