This is a fun vintage pull toy from Playskool featuring Cookie Monster riding a scooter and eating a cookie. It is from the 1980s and made of hard plastic - he is green while the wheels are red. This is a fun vintage pull toy from Playskool featuring Cookie Monster riding a scooter and eating a cookie. It is from the 1980s and made of hard plastic - he is green while the wheels are red. The pull cord is narrow red braid. He has been well loved already but still has more life left in him to meet a new toddler! The front red wheel of the scooter has two cracks as can be seen in the photo. Also, the black definition of his eyes has almost completely rubbed off (I am sure some black permanent marker could solve that). The Cookie Monster label is missing from the back of the scooter. Measurements: Length is 8.5 inches, width is 6.75 inches.
