It is beautiful as a ground cover underneath taller plants as well, since it is low growing. The purple waffle plant loves medium to bright light when indoors. Its rich purple hue may fade if it doesn't receive the light it craves. Water the plant until the soil is moist, but not too wet. --Please read-- No two live plants are exactly the same. You will receive a beautiful plant that is exactly the same kind as the one in the photo, however they may be slight differences in coloration and variegation in leaves because each plant is unique. When you receive your new plant baby, it will be a little stressed from traveling and this is to be expected. Some care and love should perk it back up to tip top shape. If you have any questions about the care of your plant, please do not hesitate to message us. We always ship with USPS priority mail. We do everything possible to ensure your new plant is wrapped, protected, and packaged with the utmost care and consideration. When we pass your plant to the courier, it is then out of our hands. While most couriers are respectful with people's packages, unfortunately there are some rare instances where the couriers do not handle the parcels the way they should which results in damage. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your plant is damaged upon delivery, please contact me immediately and provide immediate photos of the condition of the damaged box and plant.
