This high-strength repair material is designed to be used above and below grade. Use in places such as swimming pools, foundations, and sealing around concrete pipes. When applying, ensure there is no loose material such as dirt, dust, algae, or mildew. Enlarge small cracks and holes with a chisel to give greater surface for adhesion. Familiarize yourself with the application instructions before using. Do not apply in temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit or when temperature is expected to drop below freezing.
