Gourmet cubes are much larger than standard cubes, so they melt slower, making them the perfect addition to glasses with high-end liquors. Each crystal-clear cube has a unique shape with no odor or taste. The bin has a 26-pound storage capacity.The Scotsman CU50GA-1 undercounter ice maker's user-friendly control panel shows its power status and provides cleaning reminders. If water does not flow to the unit, the panel alerts the operator. This unit operates with a gravity drain, meaning drain water moves into a floor drain naturally.
