The Reach-in Refrigerators by True Refrigeration: Refrigerator, reach-in, one-section, (2) stainless steel half doors, (3) PVC coated adjustable wire shelves, interior lighting, stainless steel front, aluminum sides, clear coated aluminum interior with stainless steel floor, 4 castors, R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, 1/4 HP, 115v/60/1-ph, 2.2 amps, NEMA 5-15P, cULus, UL EPH Classified ( True Refrigeration - T-23-2-HC ) - The True T-23-2-HC reach-in refrigerator has a single section with two solid doors for access to the interior. Both doors are hinged on the right, so they open on the left. Magnetic gaskets prevent cold air from leaking, and the doors close by themselves to prevent cold air from escaping. The cabinet exterior is stainless steel on the front with aluminum sides for strength. Its interior has a clear coat over the aluminum construction. With a stainless steel floor and coved corners, the interior is simple to clean.To resist corrosion, the evaporator is coated in epoxy. Maintenance is simple since the condensing unit is mounted on the bottom of the unit; this location is ideal for hot environments, but makes it susceptible to taking in debris. The unit's reverse condensing fan motor directs air in a reverse direction for 20 seconds when it's initially turned on to help eliminate dirt and dust collection on the condensing coil. Though it helps coil operation and elongates lifespan, this mechanism should not replace general maintenance practices. A consistent amount of air is distributed throughout the cabinet with the condenser and evaporator fan motors. The True T-23-2-HC reach-in refrigerator uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a capillary tube system to keep temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Product Details. Split-door design. Stainless steel exterior front resists corrosion. Aluminum cabinet ends, back, and top will not easily scratch or stain. Interior is constructed of clear-coated aluminum liner. Stainless steel interior floor has coved corners for simple cleanup. Cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. Frame rail is welded and powder coated for a long equipment life. 4-in. stem castors are mounted to frame rail for mobility. 2 castors lock to keep unit in place. Door exteriors are made of stainless steel. Door interiors are lined with the same aluminum as cabinet interior. 12-in. recessed door handles are foamed in place and attached with a sheet metal interlock so they stay permanently attached. Doors are mounted on a torsion closure system to close automatically. 1-piece magnetic gaskets are removable without tools for easy cleaning. 3 shelves are adjustable in 1/2-in. increments. Interior lighting is safety shielded to prevent breaking. Self-contained Refrigeration System. Uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cool temperatures. Fan motor blows in an opposite direction upon start up for condensing coil maintenance.
