It will span 44in. and requires no tools for installation to the ladder. QuickClick comes with a spring-loaded locking latch that makes installation quick and easy. This Ladder Stabilizer from Werner comes with a paint can hook and can be used with all Werner ladders except for Type III (200lb) aluminum, Type II (225lb) fiberglass extension ladders or MT series ladders.
