This product is a great addition to receivers with limited inputs, providing great sound quality and value for the money. It has a true tape monitor loop, like vintage amplifiers from the '80s and earlier, and has a low filter and tone controls. However, the noise floor may not be as good as more expensive or vintage products, and the tone controls are crude in their effect.
