Its stainless steel front, sides, backsplash, and rail are built to withstand high-volume use. This metal and the smooth, porcelain oven interior can be wiped clean quickly.This Garland MST47R-E range's griddle top is made of 1-inch-thick steel that resists warping and retains heat during cooking. It takes longer to heat up than thinner panels. The griddle is heated by three H burners that all have an electric spark and flame failure protection. Product Details.
