User-friendly upgrades include a powder-coated finish that helps retain heat inside while staying cooler outside. Safety has also been improved from top to bottom - the chimney baffle has a heat-resistant handle, and nonslip rubber feet provide enhanced stability. Compact enough to use on a balcony, the versatile oven burns wood, charcoal or propane gas (with optional burner attachment) to expertly cook everything from pizza to steak and seafood. Powerful, portable pizza oven has compact footprint. Multiple fuel options include wood, charcoal and propane gas (requires Ooni gas burner attachment, sold separately; uses 36% less fuel than previous models). Cooks authentic stone-baked pizza in just 60 seconds. Also cooks steak, vegetables and seafood in Ooni cast-iron pans (sold separately) or other high-temperature cookware. Reaches ideal pizza cooking temperature of 850deg.F in as little as 15 minutes. Temperature is adjustable to 950deg.F. Mounted analog thermometer displays color-coded internal temperature for precision cooking. Borosilicate glass door with ClearView(TM) technology prevents soot and ash buildup while providing insulation and allowing easy monitoring. Stay-cool SureGrab(TM) door handle. Advanced chimney engineering enables dual airflow adjustments for superior temperature control and fuel efficiency. Chimney baffle has heat-resistant handle. Nonslip rubber feet provide enhanced stability. Comes with 15mm heat-retaining cordierite pizza stone; fits up to 12" pizzas.
